From the moment you place your order, it usually takes 3 to 5 working days to create a preview of your kit. Thereafter, you'll have the opportunity to check whether the template and design displayed match your specific motorcycle. If everything is correct, it will be sent to our in-house production.
Standard production time is around 2 to 3 weeks.
Estimated delivery time is between 5 and 7 days, depending on where you live.
Once you have placed your order, we will produce your design mock-up within 7 to 10 days.
The duration of this stage depends on several factors, including :
1) The model of your motorcycle and the need to create or purchase a specific template
2) Response time between you and our teams
3) The number of modifications you wish to make
Before placing an order, it's a good idea to have a clear idea of the design you want.
This will speed up the creation process considerably. The time spent on the design should be reasonable for both parties. If too many modification requests are made, additional charges may be applied to the total cost of the kit.
Once the design has been validated, it will be sent to our workshops for production.
