At AlienArtsWe are committed to providing you with quality products in the shortest possible time, while taking into account the care required to produce 100% personalized creations. Here is a detailed explanation of our lead times to ensure transparency in our production and delivery processes.

1. Creating your mock-up

As soon as you place an order for a customizedGraphic , we commit to creating a tailor-made mock-up based on your design choices and motorcycle specifications.

Creation time: 4 to 10 working days
Validation of the mock-up: Once the mock-up has been created, we send it to you for validation. You can then request modifications or approve it for production.

Note: The speed of validation also depends on your responsiveness in validating or modifying the model.

2. Production and Printing

Once your model has been validated, we immediately start production of your Graphic. Our team uses high-quality materials to ensure the durability and precision of each product.

Production time: 7 to 14 working days
Quality control: every Graphic undergoes a rigorous inspection before packing to ensure an impeccable finish.

3. Delivery of your Graphic

Once your order has been produced and checked, it will be dispatched as quickly as possible. You can choose between two shipping methods, depending on your needs:

Colissimo (home delivery): Home delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
Chronopost (point relais): Relay point delivery within 1 to 2 working days.

Note: For orders within mainland France, delivery is free for orders over €99.

4. Express delivery

If you're in a hurry and would like to receive your Graphic as soon as possible, we offer a priority model service with express delivery:

Priority layout: Layout completed within 2 to 4 working days.
Express home delivery: Colissimo home delivery within 1 to 2 working days.

5. Order tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number. You'll be able to track your parcel in real time until it arrives at your door.

6. Total time to be taken into account

Taking all the steps into account, here is a summary of the overall time required to receive your Graphic :

Standard artwork + Production + Delivery: 14 to 24 working days.
Priority layout + Express delivery: 7 to 10 working days.

7. Specific lead times for other products

For our non-customizable products (motorcycle parts, accessories, etc.), lead times are shorter:

Standard products: 3 to 7 working days.
Products in stock: dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
