Delivery and refund policies

Your satisfaction with our products is important to us. Please read our delivery, return and refund policy carefully to understand the procedures and conditions that apply to your purchases. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@alienarts.co.

On average, it takes us 7to 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to produce your custom-made artwork.

Once the artwork has been approved, we will send it to your home within 4 to 7 days.

Article 1 - Returns and refunds

1.1 Return of unopened items: We accept returns of unopened items (excluding Graphic 100% or semi-customizable) within 14 days of the delivery date, as indicated by the original tracking information. Returned items must be in their original condition and accompanied by all attachments.

1.2 Refunds: We accept refunds only in the following situations:

  • If the parcel was delivered more than 60 working days late.
  • If the Graphic has not been installed and is returned to us in its original condition.

Article 2 - Exchanges

We will only exchange faulty or damaged goods. If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase, providing details of the product and the fault. We will then advise you on how to return the product.

Article 3 - Shipping and Returns

3.1 Returns without prior notice: If you wish to return a product for any reason, please inform us in advance. If necessary, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions. Any returns not notified in advance may be refused, and no refund will be made.

3.2 Loss or damage in transit: We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit. If your return is eligible for a refund, please note that shipping and handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice will not be refunded.

Article 4 - Refund and exchange process

4.1 Examination of the return : Upon receipt of your returned item, we will examine its condition. We will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange.

4.2 Refunds: If you are entitled to a refund, the amount will be refunded according to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling charges previously paid are non-refundable. It may take up to 20 business days after receipt of our email for the refund to be processed.

4.3 Exchange: If you are entitled to an exchange, a new item will be sent to the original shipping address.

Article 5 - Exclusions

The following items are non-refundable once delivered:

  • All 100% Customizable Deco Kits
  • All Semi-customizable deco kits
